Founded in Fauquier County in 2024 by Chris Forsten, former Division I athlete and founder of Divergent Performance, GRIT Baseball was created to offer something different: a program where young athletes can grow their skills, compete at a high level, and still love the game.

GRIT Baseball is now a 9U, 10U and 16U organization and quickly proved its model over the past two years. As we end our spring season of 2026, GRIT is gearing up for fall 2026 season with our three teams.
